How to Know You're with the Right People
When the angel, Gabriel, told Mary that she would be the mother of the Christ, he also told her that her cousin, Elizabeth, who was barren, was also giving birth to a son despite her old age. When the angel mentioned Elizabeth to Mary, he was letting her know that even though her situation was unique, there was someone she could go to and talk to.
You need somebody in your life who you can relate to. You cannot just share what God gave you with anyone because a person cannot give you something they do not have. But God is encouraging someone right now. You are not out there by yourself. God has someone for you who will recognize what God is doing in your life and encourage you.
“And Mary arose in those days, and went into the hill country with haste, into a city of Juda” (Luke 1:39). I love how hastily Mary acted on the Word of God. She did not waste any time. “And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost” (verse 41).
Elizabeth had no idea that Mary just had a divine visitation from the Lord. But as soon as she was filled with the Holy Ghost, God gave her supernatural insight. “And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy” (verses 42-44).
One of the ways you can recognize that you are with the right people is that your baby or that vision God gave you will leap for joy. It will come alive. When you are around the right people, there is an anointing of the Holy Spirit that will come upon you. You will be refreshed and receive confirmation that what God spoke to you is supernatural.
When you are with the right people, you do not even need to tell them everything. The Holy Spirit will open their eyes and show them that you are connected to God’s plan and that God’s favor is on your life. They will recognize that you are carrying something that God deposited in you.
Be aware of anyone who is quick to get jealous when God starts blessing you. Pay attention to people who cannot jump in the Holy Ghost with you and celebrate what God is doing in your life. The right people will celebrate with you. They will appreciate you. You will not need to convince them of who you are in Christ.
Quit trying to convince people about what God is doing in your life. If you have to try to convince them, they are not the right people. The Holy Spirit will speak to the right people and bear witness in their spirit that this is of God. I love being around people who are full of the Holy Spirit.
So, Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit, and her baby leapt for joy. And she said, “Blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord” (verse 45). When you are with the right people, they will encourage you.
Has God given you a promise? Keep believing. He will fulfill his word to you. He said in Jeremiah 33, “Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will perform that good thing which I have promised unto the house of Israel and to the house of Judah" (verse 14).
The right people will remind you of Scriptures like this. They will rejoice with you, encourage you, stand with you, and recognize what God is doing in your life. You will get excited about the vision God has given you and receive confirmation for what God has promised you.

I have been sensing for several years now that God was saying "Downsize! Get your belongings down to a car load!" So I have been doing that. He said "Be ready to go when I say GO!" (My husband and I moved to Minnesota 8 years ago . We are from Montana. And now I have been sensing that He is saying that we will be going back to Montana) The other night I prayed before going to bed. "Lord I on the right track? If I am confirm it through this man ..Pastor Sean. You started preaching and the Holy Spirit took you a completely different direction than you had planned! You started talking about Impartation and you used one of the scriptures the Lord has given me . Luke 9:62. ( No man having put his hand to the plow and looking back is fit for the kingdom) I got my confirmation. It was Holy ground!! Thank you for following His lead!!
